Fitspo of the Day: Ashley Tisdale ♥
She fixed her diet and started exercising with a positive mindset and got healthy!
She does a mix of things like Piloxing, Core and Strength training, and she loves cardio! :)
i wish i could get a bike like that and wouldn’t have everyone on my ass about “being a hipster” I hate that label so much. Just let me have fun with whatever i want
She looks so happy and great! I have a bike like that too, just have to get a basket and a lock so I can actually take it to the grocery store and park with me :D
My dash used to be filled with wonderful images and posts about fitsperation and how to get into a healthy lifestyle. It used to motivate me to work hard and be a great person…
But lately it’s been filled with drama, finger-pointing, retaliations, and just plain hate. Sad :(

I think I found my new mantra :P
Tamblyn Williams carries six-month-old lion cub Jagger on her shoulders. Jagger arrived at Seaview Lion Park in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, from a different lion park where he was part of a breeding programme. But he was abandoned just days after birth and was taken in by Tamblyn who had just started as a volunteer at the park after moving to South Africa from Sydney, Australia, to study wildlife. She says: “I spent every day feeding him, going for walks, playing with him and just making sure he was in good health. Now he’s a few months older he’s a bit too heavy for me to carry - but we’re still close.” Picture: Shlomi Nissim / Caters News
ONE MORE REASON TO LIFT WEIGHTS.
CARRYING LIONS FTW.
Healthy Sweet Potato Skins
Ingredients
• 2 medium or large sweet potatoes
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 bag fresh baby spinach
• 1/4 cup light sour cream
• 2 ounces light cream cheese
• 1 cup chickpeas
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Bake sweet potatoes at 350 for 45-60 minutes, or until fork tender.
2. Cut sweet potatoes in half and let cool for 5-10 minutes. While sweet potatoes are cooling, saute the shallots with the butter over medium heat until translucent. Add fresh spinach and heat for 2-3 minutes, until spinach has cooked down. Set aside.
3. Scrape the sweet potato out of the peel, leaving a thin layer inside with the peel so that it can stand up on its own. Mash the sweet potato with the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in chickpeas, spinach, and salt and pepper.
4. Coat potato skins with a drizzle of oil and bake for about 5 minutes to get a crispier outside.
5. Remove from oven and fill each skin with the sweet potato mixture and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake again for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through.

Have to keep reminding myself that I’ll never get any farther if I keep giving up at the same point. Even if I REALLY CAN’T finish something (like my workout tonight), I have to push myself as hard as possible past the point I would have given up before.
Makes sense right?
Idk.
I do know that the Nike Training Club app kicks ass. Especially my ass.
